Duties Provide professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatments to ensure client safety and comfort Consult with clients about their desired nail designs, colors, and treatments using your knowledge of color theory and current trends Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for future appointments Stay updated on the latest industry techniques including nail enhancements, hair extensions, hair styling, threading, dermabrasion, and more Skills Strong knowledge of nail care techniques combined with a keen eye for detail and artistry Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients Familiarity with color theory for creating stunning nail designs that complement skin tones and trends Experience with retail sales to recommend products such as nail polishes or skincare items effectively Ability to perform additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Proficiency in retail math for accurate product sales transactions Exceptional customer service skills to foster repeat business and build lasting client relationships Join us if you're passionate about beauty innovation, eager to develop your skills across multiple disciplines, and committed to providing an outstanding client experience.
