Duties Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and products based on client needs Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms Upsell retail products by demonstrating their benefits during service to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and upcoming events Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling payments Skills Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and current industry standards Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client relationships effectively Proficiency in salon software such as Millennium or

for booking and record keeping Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Expertise in sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all nail procedures Experience with advanced treatments like gel application, acrylics, nail art, and dermal fillers is a plus Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or makeup application is desirable Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes Knowledge of color theory for creative nail designs and art Experience with retail sales techniques to promote product demos and upselling opportunities Join us as a Nail Technician where your artistry meets exceptional guest experiences!
