Responsibilities Perform professional Russian manicure and gel nail services with precision and attention to detail. Apply gel polish, structured gel overlays, and modern nail designs using advanced techniques. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services and designs. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations. Create clean, elegant, and trendy nail looks using strong color theory and artistic skills. Upsell retail products such as nail care items and beauty products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends and new Russian manicure techniques through ongoing training and professional development. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail specialist license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates from the beginning. Passion for Russian manicure techniques and gel nail services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation. Experience with gel applications and nail art is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.
