Guest Concierge & Licensed Nail TechnicianJob Summary Elite Feet is seeking a professional, motivated, and guest focused individual to join our team as either a Guest Concierge or Licensed Nail Technician. We are a luxury wellness and nail care studio committed to delivering an elevated guest experience through exceptional service, advanced education, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is positive, organized, professional, and passionate about helping guests look and feel their very best. Duties & Responsibilities Depending on the position hired for, responsibilities may include: Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, text messages, emails, and appointment inquiries Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Assist guests with check out and rebooking appointments Recommend retail products and services when appropriate Maintain accurate guest records and documentation Follow up with guests regarding reviews, referrals, and satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and retail area Nail Services & Guest Care Perform professional manicure and/or pedicure services Educate guests on nail care, foot care, and home maintenance Recommend products and treatment plans based on guest needs Document guest notes and service details accurately Rebook guests and support long term guest retention Maintain treatment rooms, tools, equipment, and workstations Participate in continuing education and team training Team & Studio Standards Uphold Elite Feet's luxury guest experience standards Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism Follow all company policies, procedures, and service protocols Support team goals, retail initiatives, and studio growth Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team oriented culture Skills & Qualifications Exceptional customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Comfortable recommending products and services to guests Team player who values professionalism and accountability Passion for wellness, beauty, and guest care Additional Qualifications for Nail Technicians Current Florida Nail Specialist or Cosmetology License Ability to perform professional manicure and/or pedicure services Commitment to continuing education and skill development Why Join Elite Feet?
