The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with state regulations and salon policies. Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, hair styling, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any necessary aftercare for their treatments. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including sanitation practices and nail care techniques. Familiarity with hair styling, barbering, hair threading, dermabrasion, and other beauty services is a plus. Strong communication skills to engage with clients professionally and effectively.
