We are a premium nail salon dedicated to providing clients with outstanding service in a welcoming, upscale environment. The right candidate brings 2-3+ years of hands-on experience, holds a current Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist license, and is proficient in gel, dip powder, and acrylic nail enhancements. Attention to sanitation standards and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction are essential.

Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer care as the top priority Performing manicures, pedicures, and nail extension services with precision Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation at all times
Requirements:
Valid Florida Nail Specialist or Full Specialist license Minimum 1 year of professional nail technician experience Skilled in manicures, pedicures, gel, dip, and acrylic techniques Knowledge of waxing, eyelash extensions, or dermabrasion is a plus
Compensation:
Commission-based pay structure Experienced technicians receive a guaranteed bi-weekly minimum. Your earnings are tracked against commission, and you always receive whichever is higher — giving you a reliable income floor with unlimited upside based on your performance and client growth.
