Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate nail designs using color theory principles to create visually appealing results Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, actively listening to client needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout the appointment Keep detailed records of services provided and products used for each client Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care from an accredited program Demonstrated expertise in nail care techniques including gel nails, acrylics, and nail art Knowledge of color theory to assist in creating harmonious and attractive designs Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus but not required Ability to uphold strict sanitation standards and maintain a clean workspace Retail sales experience combined with upselling skills to promote additional services or products effectively Join our vibrant team where your creativity meets exceptional service!
