Duties Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art with precision and creativity Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like gloss genius or similar systems to maximize client flow Provide exceptional guest services by creating a relaxing atmosphere, engaging in friendly conversation, and ensuring clients feel valued Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing education on new techniques like gel enhancements, nail extensions, or trending designs Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a busy salon environment Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Ability to demonstrate skills in social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online Knowledge of sanitation protocols, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing or dermabrasion is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering outstanding beauty experiences!
