Manage appointment schedules using salon software like Millennium or similar platforms to optimize client flow. Assist with social media management by sharing updates, promotions, and showcasing your work to attract new clients. Provide personalized consultations on nail care routines and product demos to educate clients about maintenance and new trends. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and deliver outstanding guest services throughout their visit. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care; experience in advanced techniques such as gel application or acrylics is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon or spa environment. is a plus. Demonstrated ability in retail sales, upselling, and promoting products or services confidently.
