We are seeking a licensed Nail Specialist who values quality work, consistency, and being part of a supportive, standards-driven environment. This position is ideal for technicians who appreciate clear expectations, steady bookings, and a structured approach to services and growth. Compensation $18-$28 per hour earning potential This is a commission-based W-2 employee position. Technicians are paid either commission or hourly base — whichever is higher: Hourly base: $11/hour

Commission:

42-45%, based on demonstrated skill set and specialist designation Earnings vary based on booking volume, service mix, efficiency, and alignment with company standards.
