In this vibrant role, you will provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming environment for clients. Your artistry and customer service skills will help clients feel pampered and confident, ensuring they leave with beautiful nails and a positive experience. Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Stay current with the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to deliver innovative services Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and accessories through effective upselling strategies Communicate clearly with clients about aftercare instructions and product recommendations for ongoing nail health Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends Familiarity with advanced services such as gel application, acrylics, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and provide exceptional customer service Ability to perform retail math for effective upselling and inventory management Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields required; additional training in barbering or esthetic treatments is advantageous Join us to turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding career!
