Responsibilities Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and flair Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend and create custom nail designs that match client preferences Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering beauty advice, and upselling additional treatments or retail products Conduct specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser procedures when qualified Stay current with industry trends in nail care, hair styling, and beauty treatments to offer innovative services Assist with retail sales by promoting products like nail care essentials, skincare items, and hair extensions to enhance client satisfaction Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification with training in nail care and related beauty services Strong knowledge of color theory, nail techniques, sanitation practices, and customer service principles Experience with advanced treatments such as dermabrasion or esthetic laser therapy is a plus Proficiency in hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, eyelash extensions, and body waxing preferred Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with retail math for product recommendations and sales optimization Embark on an exciting career where your creativity meets exceptional service!
