Responsibilities Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay current on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and techniques to offer innovative options Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue Manage retail sales of nail care products and beauty accessories through effective communication and product knowledge Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and personalized care Skills Strong knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail designs and art Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Deep understanding of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Formal training in cosmetology or esthetician programs with certification in nail care techniques Proficiency in advanced services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to perform body waxing safely and effectively Retail math skills for managing product inventory and upselling opportunities effectively Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and building rapport with clients Join our team where your talent will shine!
