Job Description
Job Summary We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team. You'll deliver exceptional nail services—including E-file Russian manicure and pedicures—while creating a welcoming, client-centered experience. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services, including classic and Russian manicures, e-file prep and finishing, pedicures, gel polish, and nail art with precision and creativity. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards in line with local health regulations (e.g., proper disinfection of implements, e-file bits, and work areas). Conduct personalized consultations to recommend treatments, shapes, finishes, and home-care products based on client goals and nail health. Deliver outstanding customer service, build long-term client relationships, and encourage rebooking. Promote retail by educating clients on aftercare and recommending appropriate nail care products. Stay current on trends, techniques, and products; participate in ongoing training as needed. Accurately manage service timing, client records, and follow-up recommendations. Requirements Valid Nail Technician license/certification as required by local/state regulations. Demonstrated experience with e-file techniques and Russian manicure preparation and cuticle work. Proven ability to perform a wide range of services (manicures, pedicures, gel polish, structured/base overlays, nail extansions and basic to advanced nail art). Strong knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and safety protocols in a salon environment. Excellent communication and client care skills; professional, calm, and detail-focused. Comfortable with upselling add-on services and retail products in a client-first manner. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Preferred (Nice to Have) Experience with structured gel, soft/hard gel overlays, nail extensions and smart pedicures. Portfolio of work (Instagram, website, or photos). Knowledge of sensitive skin/nail conditions and appropriate modifications.
