Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Nail Technician to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast! Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience Deliver professional nail services: Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, acrylics, paraffin treatments, and other nail services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of nail care products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
