The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and trends, providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality natural nail treatments while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your expertise in various nail and wellness services will enhance the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Perform a variety of natural nail services including manicures and pedicures Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Upsell products and services to guests, enhancing their overall experience while contributing to retail sales. Maintain an organized and clean workspace to ensure a professional atmosphere. Deliver excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations as well as Hammer & Nails protocols. Be able to manage time and follow brand standards required of Hammer & Nails. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Certification in Cosmetology or related field is required. Familiarity with various nail techniques and products. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
