Job Overview Busy walk-in salon in Louisville seeking a strong Acrylic Nail Technician for full-time coverage. We are building a reliable, high-volume team and need a confident tech who can handle steady walk-in demand while maintaining quality and professionalism. Compensation 50/50 commission split Salon provides all products and supplies Estimated earnings $25-$40 per hour based on current demand High weekend earning potential Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations Keep the work area clean, organized, and welcoming for clients Stay updated on current trends in nail art, color theory, and beauty techniques Communicate clearly with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and current nail trends Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are maintained Must hold a current Nail Technician or Cosmetology License Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for scheduling appointments during peak times Strong acrylic application and shaping nails required.
