Nails Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, designs, and techniques
• Demonstrate proficiency in nail care techniques such as cuticle care, shaping, and polishing
• Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and ensuring a positive experience
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's visit
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools for client safety
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend at-home maintenance tips
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless salon experience for clients

Skills:

• Proficiency in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art
• Knowledge of color theory for creating appealing nail
• Experience in retail sales to effectively promote products or services
• Familiarity with cosmetology practices and procedures
• Ability to perform hair threading or esthetic laser treatments is a plus
• Strong communication skills for consulting with clients and recommending suitable treatments
