Nail Technician

This position is commission-based.•We're looking for a talented and motivated nail technician to join our team at Petal Salon. This is a commission-based position offering 50/50 commission . Our salon is located in a high-traffic area with strong walk-in potential, giving you the opportunity to build and grow your clientele quickly. We're looking for someone who is passionate about their work, reliable, and ready to take advantage of a busy, supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylic, and nail art (if applicable) Take walk-ins and accommodate same-day appointments when available Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times Follow all state board sanitation and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for every client Stay on schedule and communicate effectively with clients and team members Recommend add-on services when appropriate Help maintain overall cleanliness and professionalism of the salon Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment Experience Valid Louisiana nail technician or cosmetology license Experience preferred, but open to motivated and skilled nail techs Strong attention to detail and quality of work Good customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking walk-ins Passion for nails, creativity, and staying up to date with trends Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
