Duties Manage the scheduling and allocation of manicure stations to licensed nail technicians and beauty professionals Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized station rental area in compliance with health and safety standards Assist technicians with setup, breakdown, and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal working conditions Promote the rental service to prospective tenants through friendly communication and upselling techniques Coordinate with the management team to track station usage, rental payments, and availability Ensure all renting professionals adhere to sanitation protocols, including proper disinfection of tools and surfaces Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from both renters and clients promptly and professionally Qualifications Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to nail care and beauty services Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and professionals Experience or familiarity with cosmetology, nail care, or related beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions or body waxing is preferred Basic retail sales skills combined with retail math proficiency to handle payments and transactions accurately Understanding of color theory can enhance client consultations and service recommendations Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with tenants, staff, and clients effectively Join us in creating a vibrant space where beauty professionals thrive!
