Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Upsell retail products and additional services confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue. Stay current with industry trends like color theory, esthetic laser treatments, and new nail techniques to continually elevate service quality. Requirements Proven experience in skin care treatments, nail care Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards essential for client protection. Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations. Ability to perform detailed work with precision in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail math principles for effective upselling of products and services. Additional skills such as hair extensions application, dermabrasion techniques, or barbering are a plus.
