If you're passionate about skincare, confident in your craft, and love helping guests look and feel their best, we'd love to meet you! Position Overview As a Wax Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional waxing services, educate guests on skincare and products, and provide a warm, professional experience from start to finish. We provide ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities.

Pay Structure Starting Blue Level Hourly:

$13 per hour

Performance-Based Earnings Include:

Service credit bonuses Retail bonuses SPT (Service Performance Tier) bonuses

Gratuity Typical Earnings:

After 4-6 weeks of building your reservation book, new Wax Specialists commonly earn $20-$25 per hourwith bonuses and tips.
