to optimize client flow and minimize wait times Upsell retail products and promote additional services to enhance client experience and increase revenue Stay current with industry trends including nail art techniques, gel application, and new product offerings Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting guests, managing bookings, and handling payments Experience Proven experience working as a Nail Technician in a professional salon or spa environment with knowledge of the latest nail care techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele Knowledge of sanitation protocols, chemical handling, and safety procedures in a beauty setting Experience in additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program is required; additional certifications in skin care or advanced treatments are advantageous Join us to elevate your career in the beauty industry!
