This is a unique opportunity for a Nail Technician to transition from working behind the nail table to helping train the next generation of beauty professionals. We will provide training, mentorship, and support to help the right candidate obtain their Nail Instructor License and develop a rewarding career in education. Responsibilities Assist with Nail Technician instruction and student training. Demonstrate professional nail techniques and industry best practices. Mentor and encourage students throughout their educational journey. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain classroom and clinic floor professionalism. Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and state board regulations. Stay current on industry trends, products, and techniques. Assist with student demonstrations, workshops, and special events. Help create a positive learning environment that promotes student success. Qualifications Must hold a current Michigan Nail Technician License. Minimum 1 year of professional nail experience preferred. Strong skills in manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and nail art. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed. Professional communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Previous teaching or leadership experience is a plus but not required. Instructor Training Opportunity Mosley School of Cosmetology is willing to invest in the right candidate by providing training and support toward obtaining a Nail Instructor License. Because the school makes a significant investment in this training, candidates who receive instructor training through Mosley School of Cosmetology must commit to remaining employed with the school for a minimum of one (1) year after becoming licensed as a Nail Instructor. Additional details will be outlined in a written training agreement.
