Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancements Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and application techniques to offer innovative services Upsell retail products such as nail care items, polishes, and tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized after each service to meet health regulations Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related fields Strong knowledge of color theory, nail art techniques, and current beauty trends Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience with advanced nail treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace Basic retail math skills for upselling products effectively Additional skills such as hair threading or barbering are advantageous but not required Join us to turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding career where every day is an opportunity to make clients look and feel their best!
