Lead Nail Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nail services, providing exceptional customer service while promoting a relaxing and professional atmosphere. We have two full service Aveda salons located in beautiful downtown Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor. We have been incredibly busy and can't keep up with the current demand. Responsibilities

• Perform nail care services including manicures and pedicures
• Upsell additional services and retail products to clients
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Apply knowledge of proper sanitation
• Maintain a cleanly atmosphere Skills
• Proficiency in nail care techniques and trends
• Ability to upsell services and products effectively
• Be able to thrive in a teamwork environment
