What you bring:
Current Minnesota Nail Technician license in good standing required.
Experience in a spa, salon, or luxury service environment preferred; a strong client-focused track record is what matters most.
Proficiency across a wide range of nail services, with a creative eye and attention to detail.
A guest-first mindset: professional, warm, and genuinely invested in making people feel their best.
Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with guests from all walks of life.
Comfort recommending retail products and additional services in an ethical, needs-based way.

You'll deliver a full range of nail services from classic manicures and pedicures to gels, acrylics, and nail art in a serene, upscale resort spa setting.
