The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and a flair for creativity, providing clients with exceptional nail services while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and promoting additional services to enhance the overall client experience. Duties Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with vegan and non-toxic nail products. Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Utilize color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services. Assist clients with retail sales by recommending products that promote nail health and beauty. Perform hair threading and hair extensions as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty services. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty. Experience Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledge of various nail care techniques and products is essential. Familiarity with retail sales practices and upselling techniques is advantageous. Experience in related beauty services such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, or body waxing is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
