Job Description:

Services You'll Provide Knotless box braids, traditional box braids, cornrows, feed-in braids, goddess/bohemian braids Two-strand twists, flat twists, Bantu knots, and other protective styles Locs installation (starter locs), retwisting, grooming, and loc maintenance Crochet style installation Basic scalp care and pre-style treatments (preferred)What You'll Do Conduct thorough consultations before every service assess the client's hair health and recommend accordingly Execute protective styles with precision, speed, and genuine care for the client's hair Manage your schedule and client flow professionally within Vagaro Follow salon checkout, communication, and quality standards consistently Build and retain a loyal client base within the salon's system Participate in team meetings and training; share knowledge with newer team members

What We're Looking ForRequired:

Active New Jersey braiding license in good standing Proficiency in at least 4 braiding and protective styles Strong client communication you listen, consult, and educate Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working within a team structure with shared standards

Preferred:
