Duties Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity Educate clients on proper nail maintenance, aftercare, and current trends in nail design Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations Stay updated on the latest industry techniques such as gel enhancements, nail extensions (including hair extensions if applicable), and trending designs Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification to perform nail services in accordance with state or local regulations Strong knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing nail designs Experience with various nail care techniques including body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently explain treatments or product benefits Knowledge of sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor Prior experience in retail sales or retail math to meet sales targets is advantageous Join us to turn your passion for beauty into a rewarding career where every detail counts!
