We are seeking a full-time and also a part time Nail Technician for our beauty lounge and spa. We would prefer someone who is a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and able to work five days a week with flexible hours. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires a friendly and outgoing individual who is organized, reliable, and sales driven. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus as a significant portion of our clientele speaks Spanish. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide high-quality nail services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and other related services
- Consult with clients to determine their nail preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, sterilize tools, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services and products to clients to enhance their overall experience
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive salon experience for clients
- Provide accurate information about our services, packages, and promotions to clients.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician
- Certification in nail services is a plus
- Knowledge of the latest nail trends and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and seize up selling opportunities.
Working Hours and Compensation:
- We are offering both a full-time and part-time position, requiring between 20-45 hours per week.
- The pay rate will be anywhere from $115
- $120 per day.
- Working hours will be scheduled across 5 days a week, with flexibility based on business needs.
