to maximize client flow Promote retail sales by showcasing nail care products, skincare items, and other beauty essentials through product demos and upselling techniques Stay current on industry trends like nail art designs, gel techniques, and new treatments such as dermabrasion or dermal fillers related to aesthetic enhancements Assist with front desk duties when needed, including greeting guests, managing bookings, and handling customer inquiries Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role with a strong portfolio of nail work Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional training in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers is a plus Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or
