As a Nail Technician, you will provide exceptional customer service while performing a variety of nail services, ensuring that each client leaves feeling pampered and satisfied. Your expertise in upselling additional services and products will contribute to the overall success of our salon. Responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and recommend appropriate products Upsell additional services Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver desired results Requirements Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations Strong knowledge of color theory and nail care practices Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients Retail math skills to assist in managing sales transactions effectively A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development Join our dynamic team where your skills will shine, and your creativity can flourish!
