Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service, and staying current with industry trends.Responsibilities:
- Perform professional nail, hand, and foot treatments
- Provide nail care consultations to clients
- Apply and remove acrylics, gels, and nail polish
- Offer nail art and design services
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tools and work area
- Upsell additional services and products to clients
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Nail Technician license
- Proficiency in a wide range of nail techniques including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Knowledge of nail trends and designs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Understanding of sanitization practices for tools and workstations
- Familiarity with color theory for nail art design
- Basic understanding of retail math for product sales
