In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, creating beautiful, customized manicures and pedicures that leave clients feeling pampered and confident. Your expertise will help elevate our clients' beauty routines while providing a welcoming, professional experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in nail artistry, customer service, and holistic beauty treatments within a vibrant salon environment. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity. Provide expert advice on nail health, color choices, and maintenance to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring all workspaces adhere to health regulations. Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions when qualified. Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or beauty tools to enhance client experiences and meet sales goals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and beauty treatments to continually elevate your craft. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialization in nail care from an accredited program. Demonstrated knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction. Proficiency in nail techniques such as gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs. Experience with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions, or body waxing is a plus. Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling techniques and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
