In this dynamic role, you'll provide expert manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and pampered. Your passion for beauty, combined with your technical skills and customer service excellence, will help create a welcoming environment where clients can indulge in their personal style. Duties Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel x, dip, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client's style. Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare to maintain healthy nails between visits Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to understand client needs, explain procedures clearly, and build lasting relationships Qualifications Valid cosmetology or Nail Technician license required. Strong knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols Experience with a variety of nail services including gel application, acrylics, gel x and nail art design Familiarity with retail sales techniques such as upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a positive client experience Passion for continuous learning about new trends. Experience preferred. Bilingual is a plus Must have
