As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail services while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in various techniques and treatments will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clientele. Duties Perform nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable nail colors and designs. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs. Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Assist with retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any potential concerns. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology. Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations. Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with retail math to assist in sales transactions. Additional skills in hair styling, barbering, hair threading, dermabrasion, or body waxing are a plus. Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
