In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, creating beautiful and customized manicures and pedicures that leave clients feeling pampered and confident. Duties Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients' skin tones and preferences Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering professional advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Upsell additional services such as nail enhancements, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Stay current with the latest trends in nail care, styling techniques, and new product offerings through ongoing education Assist with retail sales of nail products, skincare items, and beauty accessories to meet sales goals Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology required Strong knowledge of nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail art, and cuticle care Familiarity with color theory to assist clients in choosing complementary shades and designs Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide personalized recommendations Experience with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and barbering is a plus but not mandatory Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic work environment at all times Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience Join our vibrant team where your creativity shines!
