In this dynamic role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail enhancements. Your expertise will help clients look and feel their best, while your friendly attitude ensures a memorable experience. Duties Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art Apply and maintain nail enhancements including tips, overlays, and sculpting with precision and care Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product recommendations to promote healthy nails Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations and salon standards Assist clients with selecting colors and designs based on their preferences and current trends using color theory principles Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction Manage retail sales of nail products and other beauty items while demonstrating excellent communication skills Qualifications Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Technology from an accredited program is required Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and current trends in nail art and enhancements Familiarity with color theory to create visually appealing designs and coordinate colors effectively Experience with advanced services such as gel application, acrylics, or nail sculpting is preferred Ability to communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations Knowledge of additional beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, or body waxing is a plus Demonstrated retail math skills for upselling products confidently and accurately Join us to bring beauty visions to life!
