Position Summary As a Nail Designer at Statement Nail & Wax Lounge , you will deliver high-quality nail care services in a clean, welcoming, and trend-forward environment. You'll be responsible for performing manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity, while ensuring a relaxing and professional guest experience. In this role, you'll uphold the salon's hygiene standards, build client relationships, and contribute to a positive team culture. This position is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about nail artistry, beauty trends, and customer care. We are looking for evening and weekend availability. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and gel extension services Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work station Provide personalized service and build client relationships Recommend services and products to support client needs Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and sanitation standards Work collaboratively with team members in a positive environment Qualifications Licensed Nail Technician or Cosmetologist in the state of Ohio (Required) 1+ years of professional experience performing manicures and pedicures , and related services (Required) Advanced skills in using builder gel Passionate about nails, trends, and customer service Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Friendly and ready to grow in a supportive salon setting Compensation Guaranteed hourly salary + commission + tips Why Join Statement?
