Nail Professional (High Tip Area, $150-$300+/Day Potential Steady Clients)

We are a 4.8• boutique nail salon with a steady, year-round client base, and we are currently turning clients away-especially mornings and after 3pm on weekdays. We are looking for reliable, team-oriented nail technician who wants to stay busy, grow and make consistent income in a clean, professional environment.

What we offer:

Steady bookings-no need to find your own clients. High-tipping clientele (affluent area) Most techs take home $150-$300+ per day (commission+tips, depending on efficiency and experience.) No rent, no utilities, no supply cost, no marketing cost. Flexible full time or part time schedules On going training and support (we are specialized in Gel Builder, Aqua Gel, Gel X, Acrylic, Dip, Poly Gel, etc.) Positive, drama-free team environment. Well organized, super cute, super clean and modern nail salon.

Compensation:

35%-40% commission+100% tips Short-term training support available (daily guarantee or commission, whichever is higher) Growth based on performance (not time)

Requirements:

Valid nail professional license (Ohio) Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and open to feedback during services to maintain quality. Team player (helps with small tasks during the day)
