Join Our Team at Avalon Salon & Spa Aveda - Old Mill District, Bend OR Avalon Salon & Spa is a premier AVEDA Lifestyle Salon & Spa located in the heart of Bend's Old Mill District. We offer a full spa menu including manicures, pedicures, gel polish services, waxing, facials, lashes, and body treatments. We're a growing team that takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a professional, upscale environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Nail Technician to join our spa team full-time or part-time. At least one weekend day of availability is required. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be performing spa manicures and pedicures with an emphasis on gel polish services. You'll work in a clean, well-equipped spa environment with all products and supplies provided — no backbar charges ever. Perform spa manicures, pedicures, and gel polish services Maintain sanitation and sterilization standards at all times Provide an exceptional, relaxing guest experience from start to finish Build a loyal client base with the support of our front desk team and ongoing marketing If you specialize in hard gel or other advanced nail enhancements, you're welcome to continue offering those services What We Offer We offer a competitive commission structure plus gratuities — our top earners do very well. For newer team members still building their clientele, Oregon minimum wage serves as a floor during slower seasons, though established technicians rarely see this apply.
