You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, staying current on nail trends and techniques, and representing the Crush brand with pride and professionalism. Duties & Responsibilities Perform manicures and pedicures including gel, acrylic, dip powder, and natural nail services Design and apply nail art, embellishments, and specialty finishes per client requests Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times in accordance with state health regulations Consult with clients to understand their nail care goals and recommend appropriate services Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent customer service Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge Follow all infection control procedures and safety protocols Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and retail product recommendations Represent Crush in a professional and positive manner at all times Qualifications & Requirements Valid state Nail Technician license (required) Experience in manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, dip powder, and nail art Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a steady client flow Passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with nail trends Prior salon experience preferred but not required — we welcome new talent! Compensation & Schedule Pay Structure This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Compensation is commission-based, meaning your income grows directly with your performance and client base. The more you build, the more you earn — the sky is the limit.

Schedule Options Full-Time:

Consistent schedule with dedicated station availability

Part-Time:

Crush Bar LLC Pay:

$15,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
