This position is ideal for a newly licensed nail technician or someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to grow their skills. We offer guaranteed hourly pay, even during slower periods. Technician keeps 100% of their tips for services they perform. What You'll Do Provide professional pedicure services Assist with basic nail services as training progresses Welcome and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary salon environment Clean and disinfect tools, equipment, and workstations according to state regulations Organize nail products, gels, polishes, and supplies Help create social media content by taking photos and videos of services when time allows Support the team with daily salon operations What We're Looking For Pennsylvania Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (preferred) Newly licensed candidates are encouraged to apply Friendly and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using a smartphone for photos and videos Willingness to learn and grow within the company Pay Guaranteed hourly pay even when no clients are schedule Growth opportunities available Technicians keep 100% of their tips for services they perform.
