The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and aesthetics, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments and maintaining client satisfaction through excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Utilize techniques such as dermabrasion and color theory to enhance the appearance of nails. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments. Provide recommendations for additional services such as hair extensions or esthetic laser treatments when appropriate. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a pleasant experience for clients. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Requirements Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of color theory and techniques related to nail care. Experience in barbering or hair styling is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to perform sanitation procedures consistently and effectively. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments is advantageous but not required. Passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
