Starting from $500/week + bonuses & 100% of tips Overview T-Nails Glam Studio is seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team in a modern, newly renovated 2,000 sq ft salon. Key Responsibilities Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic sets, fills, and other enhancements Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times Listen and respond to client needs to provide customized, high-quality services Stay current on nail trends, styles, and techniques Offer additional services such as waxing, threading, or skincare if qualified Promote proper nail aftercare and build client loyalty Contribute to a smooth, respectful, and team-oriented work atmosphere Qualifications Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a busy salon Strong skills in acrylic nails (required), with a good eye for detail and design Friendly and professional customer service skills English communication is required; Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement Why Join Us?
