This role is ideal for a licensed nail technician who enjoys working in a high-volume environment while delivering exceptional nail services and customer care. As a Seasonal Summer Nail Technician, you will provide professional manicure and pedicure services to a steady flow of guests while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and a luxury spa experience. Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail enhancements when applicable Deliver consistent, high-quality services in a fast-paced, appointment-driven environment Maintain proper sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene standards in compliance with state regulations Provide excellent customer service through friendly communication and personalized recommendations Educate guests on nail care, maintenance, and retail products Recommend retail products and additional spa services to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation Assist with daily spa operations and support team members as needed Stay updated on current nail trends, techniques, and seasonal styles Qualifications Valid Nail Technician or Cosmetology License as required by state law Previous salon or spa experience preferred Experience with manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail enhancements preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment without sacrificing service quality Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the workday Why Join Dream Spa?
