Responsibilities Perform high-quality pedicure treatments, including exfoliation, massage, cuticle care, and polish application, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to uphold health standards and client safety. Engage with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable nail care services, and provide personalized beauty advice. Assist with retail sales by recommending products such as nail polishes, skincare items, or body treatments that complement services. Support the team by staying current on beauty trends like color theory, nail art, and body waxing techniques to enhance service offerings. Uphold professionalism through clear communication skills, active listening, and a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Keep treatment areas clean and organized while managing appointment schedules efficiently for a smooth client flow. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care or related fields. Experience in performing pedicures with knowledge of sanitation practices and customer service excellence. Strong communication skills to connect with clients and understand their preferences effectively. Knowledge of color theory for nail art design and retail upselling techniques to enhance client experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
