Responsibilities Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail enhancements with precision and creativity Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients' skin tones and preferences Deliver specialized treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, and hair styling to meet diverse client needs Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client requests, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling retail products effectively Stay current with industry trends in nail art, color techniques, and new treatments to continually elevate service quality Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to nail care, skincare, hair extensions, and more to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends Skilled in providing additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair extensions, body waxing, hair styling, barbering, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly Ability to perform retail math for upselling products confidently while maintaining high-quality service standards Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or advanced nail techniques are a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your creativity meets exceptional customer care!
