We are seeking a skilled and reliable Nail Technician who is confident in their abilities and ready to service clients independently from day one. The ideal candidate values client satisfaction, attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality , and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality nail services in a fast-paced salon environment.

Manicures and pedicures Dipping powder Shellac / gel polish Builder gel (BIAB) Gel-X Nail art and custom designs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail services with precision and care Provide advanced services including dipping powder, builder gel (BIAB), Gel-X, and nail art Deliver an elevated client experience with a strong focus on satisfaction, retention, and rebooking Maintain strict sanitation, cleanliness, and sterilization standards at all times Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled shifts and appointments Educate clients on proper nail care, services, and recommended products Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Communicate professionally with clients and team members Uphold all salon policies, service standards, and hygiene protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Texas Cosmetology or Manicurist License Proven experience performing manicures, pedicures, gel polish, dipping powder, builder gel (BIAB), and Gel-X Ability to service clients independently without additional training Strong nail shaping, cuticle care, and attention to detail Experience with nail art and custom designs preferred Excellent customer service and client communication skills Professional, punctual, and dependable — on-time attendance is required Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
